Hey Girlie Pop! We’re so happy you’re here! As a brand new, small boutique, every order truly means the world to us. Because we’re just getting started, our return process is a little more hands on right now. Thank you for giving us grace as we grow! 🫶


Returns & Exchanges

We totally get that sometimes things just don’t work out. Here’s how returns work with us:


✉️ Requesting a Return

Please email us at, shopgirliepop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return. Be sure to include your order number and reason for return so we can help you quickly! Once your return is approved, you will have 5 days to mail your items back to us.

📦Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs at this time.


🛍️Return Condition Requirements

To be accepted, items must:

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be unworn and unwashed

  • Be free of pet hair, odors, and any signs of wear


🎁Store Credit Only

Once we receive your return and it completes our quality inspections, your store credit (gift card) will be issued and sent straight to your inbox. 

 

Items NOT Eligible for Return are as follows:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Beauty Products of any kind
  • Hats
